Suggested Usage: 

This synergy may be used in a diffuser, or added to a carrier oil (normally about 3% synergy in 97% carrier oil) and apply on your skin, especially the expose area. Use a plant-spray, fill-up with water and put a few drops of the synergy, shake and spray the rooms.
